Different conditions of application of over steam corrugated compensating joints

Over steam corrugated compensating joints are steels that do not rust easily. In fact, some over steam corrugated compensating joints are both stainless and acid resistant (corrosion resistant). The stainless and corrosion resistance of the over steam corrugated compensating joint is due to the composition of the chromium-rich oxide film (passivation film) on its surface. This stainlessness and corrosion resistance are relative. Tests have shown that the corrosion resistance of steel in weak media such as atmosphere, water and oxidizing media such as nitric acid advances with the increase of chromium content in steel, and when the chromium content reaches a certain percentage, the corrosion resistance of over steam corrugated compensating joints changes abruptly, i.e. from rust-prone to rust-prone and from corrosion-resistant to corrosion-resistant.
Because of the series of characteristics such as corrosion resistance, molding, compatibility and strong resistance in a wide range of temperatures, over steam corrugated compensating joints are widely used in heavy industry, light industry, household goods and construction decoration. The thermal treatment of over steam corrugated joints is widely used abroad in the continuous thermal treatment furnace with protective gas for the thermal treatment of the production process and the thermal treatment of the finished products, which can obtain a bright surface without oxidation and then eliminate the traditional pickling process. The selection of this thermal treatment technology not only improves the quality of over steam corrugated compensating joints, but also overcomes the pollution of the environment by pickling. According to the trend of the world development at that time, the bright continuous furnace is divided into three types at the bottom:
1 . Roll bottom type bright heat treatment furnace. Over steam corrugated compensating joint is suitable for large specification and large quantity of over steam corrugated compensating joint heat disposal, with hourly output of 1.0 tons or more. Protective gases available are high purity hydrogen, ammonia and other protective gases. It can be equipped with convection cooling system to cool the over-vapor corrugated compensation joints faster.
2 . Mesh belt type bright heat treatment furnace. Over steam corrugated compensation joints in small diameter thin-walled over steam corrugated compensation joints, hourly output of about 0.3-1.0 tons, disposal of over steam corrugated compensation joints up to 40 meters in length, can also be disposed of into volumes of capillary tubes.
3 . Muffle type bright heat disposal furnace. Over steam corrugated compensation joint is installed on the continuous put frame, working in the muffle tube heating, can dispose of small diameter thin wall over steam corrugated compensation joint at a lower cost, the hourly output is about 0.3 tons or more.
