Negative pressure rubber soft joints are pressurized in the rubber layer inside the rubber joint, flexible steel plate, the rubber joint expands under positive pressure, and the rubber joint shrinks under negative pressure flat steel plate can well stop the deformation of the rubber joint to ensure the shape meets the design requirements, the structure is suitable for corrosive media, the pressure resistant ring part does not directly contact the media to ensure safety, generally used in sewage treatment, waste water treatment, precious metal recovery.
Negative pressure rubber soft joints have good wear resistance while pressure resistance. The internal stainless steel backflow device is used to ensure safe and practical use. The adoption of a similar stainless steel structure of the inflow device ensures that the rubber joint will not flatten when used and the rubber part will not directly contact the powder or mud medium, which greatly extends the service life of the rubber joint.
Since ordinary rubber joints are air-blown process, this structure determines that it is impossible to bear high negative pressure. Due to the full steel wire skeleton structure, when bearing negative pressure, the steel wire skeleton is stressed to realize the phenomenon of uneven spheres, ensuring that the instantaneous negative pressure of high-power pumps is too large.
Negative pressure rubber soft joint is very demanding, simple rubber can not withstand negative pressure, for example, the inner diameter of the pipe is 0.1kg under negative pressure, the rubber pipe will become flat, and the external pressure of the pipe is completely different. Therefore, the negative pressure inner diameter must be increased with a negative pressure guide tube. Simply put, a negative pressure guide tube is a stainless steel tube added to the inner diameter of a rubber joint, but the inner diameter of the joint is smaller than the original one. With the negative pressure guide tube, the rubber joint will not become flat, so the original vibration isolation and expansion effect of the rubber joint will not be affected. What is affected is that the inner diameter of the joint is slightly smaller.
