Teflon PTFE lined bendable rubber joints are coated with PTFE.TEFLON on the basis of general rubber joints or EPDM high wear resistant rubber joints. The coating is mainly white, which can effectively protect the rubber. The joint is not corroded by strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature oil and other corrosive media. The original mechanical and physical properties of the flexible rubber joint are not affected in any way, and it can still compensate for pipeline vibration, absorb pipeline displacement and reduce pipeline noise.
 
The characteristics of PTFE-lined rubber joints are as follows:
1. high working temperature can meet the working temperature range of -60-200℃ under the condition of strong corrosive medium, which can meet all chemical media.
2. Vacuum resistance can be used under vacuum conditions. In chemical production, local vacuum is often caused by cooling, vertical discharge, pump valve unsynchronized, etc.
3. High pressure resistance can withstand working pressure of up to 3MPA in the temperature range of use.
4. The PTFE resin with good impermeability is selected and processed into high-density and sufficient thickness PTFE lining layer through advanced lining process, which makes the product have excellent impermeability.
5. One-piece molding sintering process lining solves the problem of cold and hot expansion of rubber and fluorine, so that they can achieve simultaneous expansion and contraction
6. Adopting standardized dimensions, especially for chemical pipelines, the pipes and fittings have strong interchangeability, which provides great convenience for installation and spare parts.
