1. Flange mismatch: Specifically, the non-standard flange and rubber joint spheres are partially pulled off. Bendable rubber joints are made of rubber joint spheres and flanges combined together, and the flange sets the spheres together through the buckle groove, so if the rubber joint design is not well matched with the flange at the beginning, this situation will easily result in being pulled off because of the traction of the pipeline, and cause secondary losses.
2. The installation pipeline is not fixed in place, resulting in super displacement of the rubber soft joint when it is in operation. If the lateral pulling force of the pipeline is relatively large, an anti-pull-off device should be added to the rubber joint so that the force of the rubber joint can be effectively protected to avoid damage to the rubber joint due to the pulling force exceeding the rated limit.
3. According to the national standard, the flange paired with the flange must be used for butterfly valve, which is a small diameter flange, to increase the contact area between the rubber sealing surface and the sealing surface of the paired flange to prevent the phenomenon of pulling off, followed by the installation of the pipeline is not fixed in place, resulting in the rubber soft joint in operation over the limit of displacement.
4. The pipeline must have fixed support or fixed bracket, and the force of the fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force. Vertical installation and overhead installation require the installation of corresponding fixed brackets and force brackets at both ends of the product to prevent pulling off after working under pressure.
5. When installing the rubber soft joint head flat, overhead or vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber soft joint is less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise, an anti-pull-off device should be installed to prevent pulling off under pressure at work.
6. The installation should be far from the heat source, and the use of media that does not meet the requirements of this product is strictly prohibited.
