The flexural joint consists of inner rubber layer, nylon cord reinforcement, rubber sphere compounded by outer rubber layer and loose-fitting metal flange. Now the production process is introduced. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, pipeline deviation balance, vibration absorption, good noise reduction effect, easy installation, etc. It can be widely used in pipeline systems such as water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, fire fighting, paper making, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, ship, pump, compressor, fan, etc. Common type is used for conveying air, compressed air, water, seawater, oil, acid, alkali, etc. from -15℃ to 120℃. Special type is used for conveying medium from -30℃ to above 250℃ or oil, concentrated acid, concentrated alkali, solid materials.
 
Rubber joints need to pay attention to the following points when conducting the hydraulic test: determine the test pressure of rubber soft joints according to the pipeline requirements, and exhaust water when filling before the test. The ambient temperature of the rubber joint during the test should not be lower than 5℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, anti-freezing measures should be taken. Attention should be paid to the realization of the pressure resistance test of rubber joints. When the rubber joint and the equipment are tested as a system, the test pressure of the rubber joint is equal to or lower than the test pressure of the equipment, the test is stopped according to the test pressure of the rubber joint; when the test pressure of the rubber joint is greater than 3 the test pressure of the equipment and the test pressure of the equipment is not less than 1.15 times the pulling pressure, the test can be approved by the test pressure of the equipment and the construction unit. Slowly increase the test pressure of the rubber joint. After reaching the test pressure, stabilize the pressure for 10 minutes, then lower the test pressure to the design pressure.
