The compressive strength and toughness of hard graphite is poor, thus easy to break and rupture when the casing type expander is running, the broken piece is carried away by the medium liquid, under the action of the vortex of the liquid, the casing type expander tampering displacement increases, the radial vibration increases, the radial graphite casing type expander is broken by the extrusion and impact of the shaft.
The casing type expander inner parts are damaged by mutual friction, the noise is enhanced and the pipeline output is reduced until it is unable to run. All frictional subsets of the casing type expander parts are made of high quality silicon carbide. The purity of high quality silicon carbide is very high, and the content of silicon carbide is more than 99%, which is resistant to corrosion of ammonia and has high strength, elasticity, toughness and wear resistance, so that the extrusion and impact resistance of the casing type expander is greatly improved, and the service life is more than 10 times that of other sliding casing type expander (such as graphite).
