The thermal expansion joint installation points
1. Before installation, loosen pressure plate bolt, stretch the thermal expansion joint to the install length, and then tighten bolts and diagonal method. Don't squash.
2. Thermal expansion joint should be installed between two fixed bracket in straight, in order to ensure the normal scale expansion and prevent pulled off, should not guide bracket and transmission parts.
3. Thermal expansion joint is made by high quality steel, its using temperature is between 150 ℃and 300 ℃, and its pressure range is between 1 Mpa and 1.6 Mpa.
4. Before installing thermal expansion joint, the pressure plate bolt should be loosen, stretch thermal expansion joint to install length and tighten the pressure plate bolt by the diagonal method. Don't squash. Then, connect both ends of the product.
5. Thermal expansion joint should be installed between two fixed brackets on the pipe line in order not to be pulled off.
