Installation Tips for Customized Large Diameter Rubber Connectors
Customized large diameter rubber connectors, also named as rubber joints are needed for large diameter pipeline flexible connection. Gongyi HuanZhong Pipeline Equipment Co., Ltd production capacity for single arch rubber connector is 25mm~4000mm.
1. For easy installation and less labor intensity of large diameter rubber connector, a short tube of certain length is needed at one end of flange, and welded to counterpart long pipe after the rubber joint is connected with tube and pipeline.
2. In order to eliminate radial deviation cause by short tube welding deformation, temporarily weld two ends pipe flange with steel rod or other metal of certain strength before welding, there will be a rigid body at rubber connector and flange junction. Remove the welding material once short tube welding is finished, so that rubber connector is in natural state after installation, to avoid early damage and weakened function.
3. Cover the rubber connector when temporarily weld the metal with flanges to avoid welding slag injury to rubber ball / rubber sphere / rubber arch.
