Different Expansion Joint Different Installation Requirements

Using expansion joint is a kind of protective measures. Expansion joint is a new product that connected with pumps, valves, pipe and other equipment to make it a whole by the bolt and have certain displacement, convenient installation. It can withstand axial stress of pipeline. So that at the time of installation and maintenance, according to the on-site installation size adjustment, when working, not only improve the work efficiency, but also play a protective role for pump, valve, pipeline equipment.

1. Flange covered expansion joint
After installing covered expansion joints on the pipeline, tighten the nut elastic sealing ring, under the action of nut gland slope, press plays a role of sealing and connection in the pipe outer ring. When the temperature changes can be in the middle of the joint pipe free of scale, when the foundation sink, the pipe can be skewed, and ensure the sealing with no leakage, to automatically compensate the purpose.
2. Single flange limited expansion joint
Single flange limited expansion joint is suitable for one side connected with the flange and the other welded with pipe. When installing, adjust product both ends and flange install length, tighten gland bolts by diagonal in turn evenly method, then adjust limited nut again, so that the pipeline can freely expanse within the scope of scale, locking the expansion amount to ensure the pipeline work safely.
3. Double flange limited expansion joint
Apply to both sides connected with flange. When installing, adjust the install length of both ends of the product, tighten gland bolts diagonally evenly, then adjust limited nut again, so that the pipeline can freely expanse within the scope of scale.
4. Gland expansion joint
Apply to both sides and the pipe plug, there is no need to welding, reasonable structure, seal, install quickly and easily.
