Flange Wide Arch Flexible Rubber Joint Installation Instructions
1,Flange wide arch flexible rubber joint,when install,try to make it in a natural state,do not make it deformation by people when install,so that can avoid the early damage and weaken using effect.
2.Flange wide arch flexible rubber joint,when install,must make the ball frame all cards into the flange,to ensure the ball and flange are all in place.
3,Flange wide arch flexible rubber joint and the flange are connected when install,screw bolts should be toward the flange lateral,to prevent the thread tip scratch joint body when the ball swelling deformation,and each end surface of the flange bolts should be gradually symmetric compression step by step,required the bolt tightness as same as possible,If under harsh conditions,in addition to the flat gasket,also can add spring gasket,to prevent the nut loosening
4.When the metal connector and the flange welding,remember to cover the rubber joint welding place with the cover.So as to avoid the welding burned rubber sphere.
5.When test the pressure,if find the local seal is not very good.Press local gland nut, with no leakage so far,if both ends of the seal is not good,gradually tighten the two ends of the flange nut,to no leakage so far.
