2,If you install the  product proximal to pipeline or at the corner of the pipeline, and when the product used at the condition of high pressure or high-rise buildings left vacant  , the pipeline must have a fixed support or mounting bracket , the force of which must be bigger than the axial force, otherwise the product should install anti- pull-off limit device .

3,Installing the flange rubber joints, make sure that the ball both ends enhancement ( inner project rope ) should be totally in the flange groove , preventing the ball being pulled out from the flange . When the bolt fixed, firstly make the symmetrical ( six or four ) bolt tightened to ensure the ball on the flange in place.

4, when the rubber joints are connected to pipe carbon steel flange , screw bolts should be toward the end of the pipe flanges to prevent that arch portion of the thread will be under pressure when the expansion rubber joints battered or stabbed . Each end of the bolt must be symmetrical pressurized tighten to make sure all bolts tighten.Under poor use condition, in addition to increasing the pad , it should also increase spring washers to prevent the nut loose .

5,When installating steel flange with large diameter flexible rubber joints , for ease of installation and reduce labor intensity , it should make a short pipe moderate amount of the length  at one end of flange. After rubber joints and short pipe is connected well with the other end of the pipe, then weld the short pipe with opposing side long tube.
