The advantages of full face rubber expansion joints

Full-face rubber expansion joint is an improved product. It has the advantages of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, anti-aging, vibration and noise reduction, etc. It can also withstand very high pressure. Its inner rubber layer extends to the outer edge of the flange, thus realizing the contact between the sphere end face and the flange, which not only increases the high pressure resistance of the product, but also plays a good role in preventing pull-off. Choose corrosive media that are resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali, and oil to prevent corrosion of the inner wall of the rubber joint and prolong the service life. Full-face rubber expansion joint has the advantages of small size and good elasticity, which makes it easy to install and disassemble when installed on the pipeline.
In the installation process, the flange can not be rotated at will, by using the bolt set for fixing greatly improve the sealing and pressure resistance performance of the product.
When the bolts are installed, the flange and the edge of the sphere are installed inside together, which greatly increases the pressure resistance strength, generally up to 2.5Map or 4.0Map pressure. The sphere is configured with a booster ring outside, and the flange is configured with a limit device at both ends to prevent the pipeline pressure from rising to produce super limit radial displacement, thus playing a role in protecting the equipment. The application range is wider because the rubber joint has good comprehensive performance, so it is widely used in chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire-fighting, electric power and other basic projects.
