1. The spherical compensator should be checked before installation for its type, specification and pipeline configuration to meet the design requirements. 2. It is strictly forbidden to use the method of deformation of the corrugated compensator to adjust the installation of the pipeline overrun, so as not to affect the normal function of the spherical compensator, reduce the service life and increase the load of the pipe system, equipment and supporting members. 3. In the installation process, do not allow the welding slag splash to the surface of the wave shell, do not allow the wave shell by other mechanical damage. 4. After the installation of the pipe system, should be removed as soon as possible on the spherical compensator used for installation and transportation of yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners, and according to the design requirements of the limit device to the specified position, so that the pipe system in the environmental conditions have full compensation capacity. 5. All active components of the spherical compensator shall not be jammed by external components or limit its range of activities, and shall ensure the normal action of each active part. 6.
