3 . Need to "cold tight" expansion joint, pre-deformation of the auxiliary components used in the pipeline installation should be completed before removal.
4 . It is strictly forbidden to use the method of expansion joint deformation to adjust the installation of the pipeline overrun, so as not to affect the normal function of the expansion joint, reduce the service life and increase the load of the pipe system, equipment and supporting components.
5 . During the installation process, do not allow the welding slag to splash to the surface of the wave shell, and do not allow the wave shell to suffer other mechanical damage.
6 . After the installation of the pipe system, the corrugated expansion joint should be removed as soon as possible for the installation and transportation of yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners, and according to the design requirements of the limit device to the specified position, so that the pipe system in the environmental conditions have full compensation capacity.
7 . Expansion joint all active components shall not be external components jammed or limit its range of activities, should be the normal action of each active part.
8 . Water pressure test, should be equipped with expansion joint pipe end of the sub-fixed pipe frame for reinforcement, so that the pipeline does not move or rotate. For gas media expansion joint and its connecting pipeline, pay attention to the need for additional temporary bracket when filling with water. The chlorine ion content of the water cleaning solution for the hydraulic test does not exceed 25 PPM.
9 . After the hydraulic test, the water in the wave shell should be drained as soon as possible, and the inner surface of the wave shell should be blown dry.
10 . The insulation material in contact with the expansion joint bellows should be free of chlorine.
