Pipe connectors as a replacement for a variety of industries routinely used flanges, pipe clamps and welding and other methods of connection of common pipe connections have been very common.
Instructions for the use of pipe connectors are divided into four main steps.
1. First, confirm the outside diameter of the pipe, select the corresponding model connector.
2. Remove burrs, sharp corners and debris from the end of the pipe, and ensure that there are no foreign objects under the sealant ring and on the steel pipe.
3. Mark the ends of the two pipes so that the connector is in the middle position. After inserting the product into one end of the pipe, align the two pipe ends, and then move the connector to the middle of the two pipes.
4 . Adjust the connector, then use the hexagonal wrench to tighten the bolts DN150 or more products evenly and forcefully. After the bolts are tightened, use the mallet to knock around the inside of both sides of the connector so that it can be evenly gapped with the pipe, then tighten the bolts again to make the sealing effect.
