NBR Classification in Single Ball Rubber Joint Producing-Product knowledge

Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) has been regarded as the best oil resistant material in single ball rubber joint producing. NBR single arch rubber joint has also been widely used in petroleum chemical pipeline and has been very popular among customers with its excellent performance. According to different standards, NBR can be classified in 5 kinds.

1.According to the polymerization temperature it can be classified as high temperature polymerization NBR and low temperature polymerization NBR, but low temperature polymerization NBR is used more in producing.

2.According to the Mooney viscosity of commodity classification of nitrile rubber Mooney viscosity (ML100 DEG C 1 + 4) 20-140, main types and brands of 25-100.

3.According to the physical features it ca be classified as nitrile rubber block, flake, powder or granular and liquid and so on.

4.According to processing and the using performance there are the common use NBR, easy processing NBR, easy soluble NBR, partially crosslinked type NBR, metal corrosion resistance NBR, auxiliary type NBR, carboxyl nitrile rubber, PVC changing type, other species.

5.According to the aging resistance features there are antioxidant pollution type, micro polluted and non pollution type NBR.
