Rubber expansion joints have a certain service life and will age after a long time. When using rubber joints, try to reduce sunlight exposure. Long-term stretching or closing will lead to plastic deformation, which will damage the performance of rubber joints and lead to sudden tearing when under stress. When using corrosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber joints, you should make the material as single as possible, and the plastic products used in chemical plants are not strong measures. Our enterprise's rubber joints have a certain degree of corrosion resistance, but strong corrosive pipelines must be solved with PTFE-lined rubber to improve the service life of rubber joints. The heat resistance of all rubber joints is around -20℃-150℃, which can't be used in the natural environment that is too polarized. When rubber joints are buried, the buried protection equipment should be modified to avoid rolling. When installing, rubber should prevent sharp objects and welding scars from contacting.
