Threaded Rubber Joints Product Introduction

In the developing pipeline industry, threaded rubber joints are made of inner and outer rubber, reinforcement layer, compound model by vulcanization, and combined with metal parallel joints. The threaded rubber joint can be made of different materials depending on the medium it flows through.

The threaded rubber joint is composed of a rubber sphere and two metal parallel joints. This kind of threaded flexible connection is mainly used for steel pipes, copper pipes and high-pressure connections.

The damage of threaded rubber joints is smaller compared to other rubber joints, however, the reason for reducing the damage comes from the size of the model. Threaded rubber joints are small in size and can only be made up to DN80, so in terms of pressure resistance, the threaded rubber joints can completely override the pressure in the pipeline, which makes them much less likely to burst and suck flat.

When installing the threaded rubber joint, please note that the pipe fittings at both ends of the connection should be placed on a horizontal surface and leveled off, and the threaded structure should be screwed into the lifting section of the pipe fittings first, and then into the other section of the pipe fittings, always keeping it on a horizontal surface to prevent uneven forces from tearing the rubber joint during installation. The next hand or wrench to tighten the nut to fix the threaded rubber joint box on both ends of the pipe fittings on objects that are not easy to stretch or twist.
