The production process of rigid waterproof casing.

1 . Material selection: All sleeves in this project use rigid waterproofing sleeves with wing rings. The sleeves are made of seamless steel pipes.
 
2 . When the material enters the site, the appearance of the pipe should be checked for cracks and gaps.
 
3 . Cutting material: According to the design construction drawing and civil construction drawing, determine the wall thickness of the pool, then measure the size of the steel pipe with tape measure and cut the steel pipe on the cutting machine.
 
4 . The surface of the notch should be flat, without cracks, burrs, concave and convex defects. The plane of the notch should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.
 
5 . Fabrication: First, the steel plate is processed into wing ring. The wing ring is processed according to S312, which is the national standard for water supply and drainage equipment. Then, the wing ring is welded at 1/2 of the casing and fully welded on both sides, i.e. rigid waterproof casing with wing ring.
 
6 . According to the construction drawings, check the horizontal position and height of the pool, and pre-process the rigid waterproof casing after confirmation. The diameter of the pre-sleeved pipe should be two orders of magnitude larger than the diameter of the installation pipe.
 
7 . To prevent movement of the sleeve during construction, the pre-inserted sleeve is firmly welded to the structural reinforcement, and the length of the sleeve is consistent with the thickness of the outer wall.
 
8 . The pipe is plug-proofed. Fill and plug with sawdust or fiber. When the strength of the civil concrete is reached, the filler in the buried sleeve will be cleaned one by one immediately after removal of the formwork.
 
9 . After confirming that the installation position and height of the waterproof casing are in accordance with the relevant regulations, the filler will be protected and used in time for the installation of the casing.
