Appearance Test for Rubber Joint Products:
1. rubber products, smooth surface , no obvious mechanical scratches and cracks.
2. The rubber surface no obvious bump , it faces mass of less than ± 1mm.
3. Rubber caliber national standards differ less than ± 2mm.
Rubber expansion joint compound physical and mechanical properties test:
1. rubber tensile strength , elongation at break , tensile permanent deformation of the test carried out by GBT 528 .
2. rubber brittle temperature test conducted by GBT 1682 .
3. Adhesion strength test of vulcanized rubber and fabric carried by GBT 532 .
4.The rubber hot air aging test conducted by GBT 3512 .
5. The compound of acid or alkali resistance GBT 1690-92 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 10 , The test liquid is 10% H2SO4 or 10% NaOH solution .
Soft rubber joints pressure and vacuum test:
1. Product reference GBT 5563-85 specified in 6.3 .
2. The degree of vacuum product reference GBT 5567-85 trials in 2 to 5 rules.
3. Product displacement performance test conducted in accordance with Appendix A , through product quality inspection conducted by GBT 5750 .
