Pressure test with liquid as the test medium, when the design pressure of the pipe is less than or equal to 0.6Mpa, gas can also be used as the test medium, but should take effective measures, brittle materials are strictly prohibited to use gas for pressure test.
 
When the site conditions do not allow the liquid or gas for pressure testing, with the consent of the construction unit, the following methods can be used at the same time instead.
 
Dismantling joints all welds with liquid penetration method or magnetic particle method for inspection. Butt welds with radiation for inspection. When the pressure test, should be designated as a restricted area, no extraneous personnel shall not enter.
