What to pay attention to when installing dismantling joints

Dismantling joints can prevent pipeline leakage and damage of compensation joints due to excessive displacement, and are mainly used for loose-fitting connections of pipelines that absorb axial displacement and bear axial pressure thrust within the allowable displacement range.
The function of dismantling joint is to add a limit device to the original performance and lock it with double nuts at the oversized expansion and contraction. The pipe can be freely expanded and contracted within the allowed expansion volume, and once the oversized expansion volume is exceeded, it can be used as a limiting device to ensure the operation of the pipe. The dismantling joint installation requires us to pay attention to the following points.
1 . Loosen the pressure plate bolt before installation, stretch the dismantling joint to the installation length, and then tighten the bolt diagonally, do not press the deviation.
2 . The dismantling joint should be installed between two fixed brackets on the straight section of the pipe, and there should be no guiding brackets and gears to ensure the normal expansion and contraction of the dismantling joint and prevent pulling off.
3 . The dismantling joint is made of good steel and the operating temperature of the dismantling joint is 150℃-300℃. The pressure range of dismantling joint is 1MPa, 1.6MPa.
4 . Before installing the dismantling joint, loosen the pressure plate bolt, pull the dismantling joint to the installation length and tighten the pressure plate bolt by diagonal method, do not press the deviation, then, connect the two ends of the product.
 
The automatic expansion joint of dismantling joint is suitable for both sides are connected with flange. When installing, adjust the connection length of both ends of the product, tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly in turn, and then adjust the limit nuts, so that the pipeline can be freely expanded and the expansion amount can be locked, thus ensuring the operation of the pipeline.
