How to maintain the oil and pressure resistant rubber expansion joint

Single sphere oil and pressure resistant rubber expansion joint is mainly used for pipeline to reduce vibration, reduce noise, good expansion and contraction, and easy to use. Oil-resistant rubber joints consist of inner and outer layers of rubber, cord fabric layer and steel wire ring to form tubular rubber parts, which are vulcanized and then loosely combined with metal flange or parallel joint. Single ball oil and pressure resistant rubber joint is also called oil and pressure resistant rubber joint, soft joint, vibration damper, pipeline shock absorber, shock absorbing throat, etc. It is a kind of pipeline joint with high elasticity, high airtightness, medium resistance and weather resistance.
For high level water supply or overhanging water supply, the pipe should be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor frame, and the joint should not be allowed to bear the pipe's own weight and axial force, otherwise the joint should be equipped with anti-pull-off device. When installing oil and pressure resistant rubber joints, the screw of the bolt should be extended to the outside of the joint, and the bolt of each piece of flange end face should be tightened repeatedly and evenly according to the method of diagonal pressurization to prevent pressure deviation. The threaded joint should be tightened evenly with standard wrenches, do not use force to make the live joint slip silk, slip rib and break, and it should be checked regularly to avoid loosening to cause dislodgement or water seepage.
After bearing pressure for the first time or before starting again after a long period of disuse, the bolts should be re-pressurized and tightened before putting them into operation.
Avoid high temperature, ozone, oil, acid and alkali environment when using or storing oil and pressure resistant rubber joints. The pipeline used outdoors or facing the sun and wind should be set up with a shade frame, and sun screen, rain and wind are strictly prohibited. Painting and winding insulation materials are strictly prohibited on the surface of joints. Because of the aging of rubber products, should be timely inspection and replacement.
