Installation Method of Double-ball Flexible Rubber Joint
Double-ball flexible rubber joint is generally used to civil building water supply and drainage engineering, fire pipeline pump unit to undertake, sewage pipe connection, high pressure gas liquefaction medium transportation, oil, ships, etc. It is the most commonly used in pipe fittings today. It possess the advantage of decreasing the noise of the pipeline, good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, long service life.
Installation Method of Double-ball Flexible Rubber Joint
Following is the installation method of double-ball flexible rubber joint.
1. When installing double-sphere flexible rubber joint, be strictly prohibited beyond the displacement limit of rubber joint.
2. When putting on screws and bolts for double-ball flexible rubber joint, ensure the bolt and the flange hole of symmetry, and then gradually pressurized twist, in case the rubber joint local leakage.
3. When its working pressure is above 1.6MPa, in order to prevent the bolt of rubber joint loosen in the process of work, so the elastic pressure pad should be laid during the installation.
4. When double-sphere flexible rubber joint is installed vertically, in order to prevent the rubber joint pulled off, so there should be vertical force bearing on both ends of the pipeline and install a device preventing pulled off.
5. Double-sphere flexible rubber joint should be installed far away from heat source, ozone area, forbidden to strong radiation light exposure and the medium not meeting the requirements of the product.
6. During transportation and loading and unloading, sharp instruments are forbidden to cut surface, sealing surface of double-sphere flexible rubber joint.
