Technical Key Points for Rubber Joint Production

 1. As rubber joints are molded under high pressure, the cohesion of elastomers cannot be eliminated, after demolding, an extremely unstable shrink (shrinkage of rubbers are different) will happen. It requires a certain period to be moderate and stable. So the formula should be very carefully calculated and the mold should be coordinated very precisely at the beginning of rubber joint design period, otherwise there will be low quality products with unstable sizes.

 
2. Rubbers are hot melting and thermoset elastomers. As the kinds and main materials of sulfides are different, their molding and solidified temperature ranges vary a lot, which are even influenced by climate change and indoor temperature and humidity. Thus, production conditions of rubber joints need to be adjusted appropriately according to situation to prevent quality problems.
