If the square expander cannot meet the condition of doing static balancing of disc rotor, it needs to do two planes to balance, i.e. dynamic balancing. Usually the square expander does not need to do the dynamic balance test again after changing the rubber ring, but it should ensure that the impeller parts replaced have done the dynamic balance test.
 
If the user cuts the diameter of the square expander after the dynamic balance test, it is necessary to do the dynamic balance test again. For the square expander, the impeller is replaced, even if the impeller has done the dynamic balance test, when the square expander is replaced, the square expander is installed on the pipe, the square expander also needs to do the dynamic balance test again, and remember the location of each part, and then remove and re-install the pump according to the location where the impeller is located in the dynamic balance test.
 
①Pairing flange specifications and models are the same; when connecting with equipment flange should be paired according to its specifications;

④When connecting the square expander, the nut is placed on the valve side; the two screw holes above the horizontal pipe flange are kept horizontal, and the two screw holes of the vertical pipe flange against the wall are parallel to the wall.
