Heating Pipe Buried Compensator Installation Requirements

Buried corrugated compensator is mainly suitable for axial compensation, at the same time it has strong bending ability, so don't consider the effect of pipe sinking. Under the protection of housing and guide sleeve, buried corrugated compensator make free expansion compensation come true, other properties is the same with the ordinary corrugated compensator.
Buried compensator installation requirements
1. Insulation pipe buried underground, need particle size less than 20 mm around sand filling, then cover the original soil, filling sand thickness is not less than 200 mm.
2. Buried depth of insulation pipe top is generally not more than 1.2 meters, but not less than 0.7 meters as far as possible, insulation pipe can be directly buried under all kinds of pipes.
3. When installation should pay attention to ensure that the direction of the guide sleeve are consistent with the direction of flow.
4. The media in compensator should be free of oxygen and the chloride ion, chlorine ion content must not exceed 25 PPM.
5. Compensator is allowed no more than 1.5 times the nominal pressure of hydrostatic test system.
6. After installation and before water pressure test, compensator should be fixed on both ends of the pipeline9 to prevent the inner pressure thrust tension compensator.
