1. Before installing compensator, should check its type, specification and pipeline configuration, which must comply with the design requirements.
2. It is forbidden to use corrugated compensator deformation method to adjust the pipeline installation error, so as not to affect the normal function of the compensator, reduce the service life and increase the load of piping, equipment and supporting components.
3. In the process of installation, do not allow the slag splash to the shell surface and not allow the wave shell by other mechanical damage.
4. When piping system installing finished, should remove the yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners as soon as possible on the corrugated compensator used as the installation and transport, and switch to a specified position limit device according to design requirements to make the piping have ample compensation ability under the environmental conditions.
5. All active components of compensator shall not be jammed by external components or limited to the scope of its activity, should guarantee the active parts move normally.
6. For gas medium compensator and the connecting line, must pay attention to the water filling whether need to add temporary support. Content of hydrostatic test water cleaning fluid 96 chloride ion is not more than 25 PPM.
7. After finishing the hydrostatic test, the water in the wave shell should be excluded as soon as possible and promptly dry wave shell surface.
8. Heat preservation materials contacted with the compensator bellows should not contain chlorine ion.
