What Factors Affect The Process Conditions of The Reduce Rubber Expansion Joint

Reduce rubber expansion joint is made of fabric reinforced rubber parts and flat type live joint,loose set of metal flange or threaded pipe flange.

There are two factors that affect the process conditions of the rubber joint:temperature and pressure.

1.temperature:the reason why the temperature effects of reduce rubber joint process conditions,it is because in the production process in the material cylinder temperature and nozzle temperature and mold temperature these are need to control the temperature.In front of the two main effects of the rubber vulcanization and flow,and then a kind of temperature as long as the flow of plastic material and cooling. he effect of metal mold on the inner performance and appearance of different diameter rubber joints is also very significant. Mold temperature can directly determine the level of plastic material can be a smooth formation of the rubber ball and whether it can meet the size,structure and performance requirements of different diameter rubber joints.So the temperature is the key factor that can directly affect the rubber expansion joint shape.

2.pressure:the reason why the pressure would effect reduce rubber joint process conditions, because the pressure of reduce rubber expansion joint in the curing process including the die pressure,and pressure of the glue.These two kinds of pressure can be directly affect the degree of curing of the adhesive and the quality of the rubber joint after curing.The pressure of the plastic is to be adjusted by the speed and the amount of irrigation.When the pressure is too large,the size of the rubber joints will be too large,the flexibility will be greatly reduced, when the pressure is too small,it will lead to a small density of rubber balls,not enough plasticity.So the pressure can also directly affect the toughness of the rubber joint and the density of the sphere.
