Installation Notes
1. Prevent leakage. In actual operation, found that the main leakage point of spherical compensator is the ball and pipeline flange connection, so it has better to weld the ball with pipe. Spherical compensator is as close to the elbow as possible which means to extend the distance between centers of globes as far as possible.
2.Prevent to take off the plane. Because compensating of spherical compensator is large and fixed support force is big, so fixed bracket must be solid and reliable. Slippery pipe must be enough long (when installing, migrate in the opposite direction) and left a certain margin, in case of over-temperature operation. Otherwise, it will cause the problem such as long distance pipeline slippery or take off the shelf.
3. Under the condition of the space allows, in order to guarantee the safe operation, it had better use no cold location to install the ball.
4. Pipe laying multi-tube parallel or fill back small tube arrangement, must concentrate the ball fill the place with enough space of movement, so as to avoid the ball influence each other and ensure the normal order of the ball for a free action.
5. When the ball is in the vertical layout, the first movable support close to the ball must be set up the spring holder.
6.Horizontall-type pipeline layout three goals for aerial installation, must be in each set platform.
