Different Installation Methods of Flexible Rubber Joint
First lay flat two ends pipes, fasten the threaded rubber joint at one end, then the other end. Always keep the pipes in same level surface to prevent tearing of rubber ball caused by uneven forces.Then screw down in two unions tightly, fix the threaded union and two pipes on objects which are uneasy to stretch and twist.
2. Installation of flanged flexible rubber joint:
First lay flat two ends pipes, put fixed end pipe flat and rotate the flange to make holes aligned, fix with screws and nuts, then do the same to the other ends. Make the three in close connection in horizontal direction for tight sealing.
3. Installation of clamped flexible rubber joint:
Clamp rubber joints use clamps to replace the flanges and threaded unions. Mount two clamps on two side pipes and fix.
