The use of rigid waterproof casing

Rigid waterproof casing is suitable for buildings that are not subject to pipe vibration and pipe wall expansion and deformation.

For areas with seismic requirements, such as steel waterproofing sleeves, they should enter the pool wall or the outer wall of the building. The pipe is provided with a flexible connection, and type A is suitable for steel pipes.

1. Rigid waterproof casing, applicable to cast iron pipes, is also applicable to non-metallic pipes, but the corresponding dimensions should be corrected according to the thickness of the pipe wall.

2. After processing the wing ring and steel sleeve, the outer wall brush primer (primer including camphoratedan or cold base oil).

3. The weight of the material listed in the casing size table is the weight of the rigid casing (the length of casing L is calculated as 200 mm) and the wing ring. Rigid casing and wing ring are made of A3 material, and T42 welding rod is used for welding.

4, casing wall through the wall, in the case of non-concrete walls should be replaced with concrete walls, concrete range pouring, type II casing should be larger than the diameter of the wing ring 200 mm (D4) , casing inverted in the wall. Casing in the filler should be closely compacted.

5. waterproof casing concrete wall thickness should be not less than 200mm. otherwise, the wall should be thickened on one or both sides. The diameter of the thickened part should be at least 200mm larger than the diameter of the wing ring (D4).

6 . Rigid waterproof casing is filled with flaxseed and asbestos cement and compacted after filling.
