Transverse and hinge type although in the above aspects of the improvement, but due to stainless steel bellows by chloride ion corrosion, stress corrosion is more obvious, easy to cause sudden accidents, water shock withstand capacity is poor, short life, can not guarantee long-term normal operation.
The advantage of the sleeve compensator is a straight line arrangement of the pipeline, the pressure drop is small defect is the existence of equal internal pressure thrust, compensation distance is less, high engineering costs; packing seal packing easy to leak, especially the number of openings and stops or steam flow is not stable more likely to leak, can not guarantee long-term normal operation.
