Wrong cementing method such as hitting next layer cloth when cutting and polishing, excessive polishing, short joint length, not enough layer, rusty beard ring for  reinforcement, poor working condition molding machine, etc will lead to lower strength rubber joint which is easy to crack at joint area.

 

2. Wrong direction of jointing of sheets. No enough compaction strength between layers.

 

3. Out of compensation range when using on pipeline.

 

4. Severe weather and sun exposure for outdoor application with improper rubber material; lower temperature than designed.
