Take one rubber material as main, add other ingredients and fillers such as nylon fabric reinforcement, hard steel wire reinforcement strictly according to ratio. Meanwhile, choose rubber materials and fillers of proper specifications according to different working conditions.

 

Make rubber joint body as compact as possible at manual wrapping period to empty the internal air, so that there will be no blister after pressurized molding.

 

Monitor the vulcanization time for crosslinking of rubber material. Controlling the crosslinking level according to working conditions and features is the best way to guarantee the high elasticity and high flexibility of rubber joints.
