Correct installation can make rubber joint durable
Installation instructions:
1. When instantaneous pressure of pipe is greater than working pressure, the rubber joints that pressure is higher than working pressure should be chosen.
2. The appropriate model must be chosen according to the pipeline pressure, connection mode, medium and the amount of compensation, and the number is selected according to the displacement and noise reduction requirement.
3. When the medium of the pipeline is acid, alkali or oil and high temperature or other special materials, rubber joints above the pipeline working pressure should be chosen.
4. Flange connected with the rubber joint should be the valve flange or in line with the GB/T9115.1 (RF) of the flange.
5. Before rubber joint is enabled again for a long time no use or at the first time under pressure, bolts should be tighten again and then put it into operation.
